Beef Tagine With pearl Couscous

A classic beef tagine infused with traditional Moroccan spices.




  1. Brown beef and set aside.  
  2. Add onion, spices and sweat. Add garlic and continue sweating.
  3. Stir in stock, Leggo’s Tomato Puree, dates and beef. Cover and simmer until beef is tender.
  4. Add Edgell Baby Carrots and Edgell Baby Beans and simmer until vegetables are tender. Garnish with coriander and serve with pearl couscous.
