Bolognese Chicken Parma

Add this one to your Parma Night menu! Delicious Bolognese sauce on our Culinary Select Schnitzels.

INGREDIENTS

100g frozen Edgell Chopped Onion
10g crushed garlic
500g beef mince
50g Leggo's Tomato Paste
750g Leggo's Napoli Sauce
10 x 220g Culinary Select Chicken Schnitzels
300g grated tasty cheese
Edgell Supa Crunch Steakhouse Chips, for serving

METHOD

Cook frozen Edgell Onion and garlic in a large saucepan. Add beef mince and brown.
Stir through Leggo’s Tomato Paste and allow to cook out. Add Leggo’s Napoli sauce and simmer.
Cook Culinary Select Chicken Schnitzels following packet directions. Top with bolognese and grated cheese. Place under a grill or salamander until golden. Cook Edgell Supa Crunch Steak House Chips following packet directions and serve with parmas.
